EGG & SPINACH SCRAMBLE + PROATMEAL
What the hell is proatmeal? It’s basically oatmeal on steroids and you’ll never feel the same about plain old oats ever again. Pair it with this egg scramble for a big ass breakfast.
INGREDIENTS:

4+ Large eggs

25-35 grams Spinach
-
1 Medium Banana (85 grams)

40 grams (1/2 cup) Quick 1-Minute Oats

1 Tbsp (~14 grams) Chia Seeds

28 grams (1 ounce) raw Roasted Cashews
-
5 grams Protein Powder
-
Black Peppercorn Grinder
-
Ground Cinnamon

Optional. Green tea

Optional. Hot sauce
PREPARATION:

Follow the instructions for preparing your egg scramble here.

In a bowl measure out 40 grams (1/2 cup) of quick oats.

Add 1 Tbsp (14 grams) to the oats.

Add the 1 ounce (28 grams) of roasted cashews.

Weigh and add a roughly medium sized banana.

Add 5 grams of your favorite protein powder flavor.

Flavor with ground cinnamon to taste.

Boil water for the green tea and oats. Fill the oats bowl with boiling water until the water doesn’t immediately absorb. If it’s still too paste-like in a couple minutes add a bit more water.
