This program contains two Training Arcs. Training arc 1 lasts 6 weeks in total. Training Arc 2 lasts approximately 7-8 weeks (depending on your chosen schedule) providing 13-14 weeks of total training programming.
Arc 1's suggested training schedule provides 5 training days across a single calendar week.

Training Arc 2 is written as a legs, push, pull split with two variations of each session. There are 6 training sessions that are recommended to be completed every 8 or 9 days.

Aaron Straker is a Licensed Primary Sports Nutritionist and Online Coach and has been working full-time in the coaching industry since January 2019.
These training programs are built from over 20 years training experience training in various resistance training modalities. Each program has a high priority on appropriate contextual use of given exercises, intensities and volumes.
